We inform you of the types of refunds and exchanges that we offer in our 30-day guarantee

All our products are sold with a 30 day free of charge guarantee.

Our guarantee conceded that if you are not 100% happy with your purchase you will receive a refund of 100% of the cost of the product in an easy way.

We explain the types of refunds we offer depending on the case.

REFUND FOR DISSATISFACTION

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you regretted it or did not choose your size well.

Contact us through our contact form or directly at support@divinedulcet.com and tell us what is the reason for your request and we will immediately manage a refund for you.

 

 

» If you live in Croatia and your order is greater than 25 euros (value of the product), we will offer you a free size or product exchange.

  1. You communicate with us expressing your request for a refund or exchange (if available in your case).
  2.  We will immediately process your return or in case of exchanges we will separate the collection service at the time you choose so that you can send your package back.
  3. When the package you sent reaches us, we will process a new shipment for you.

 

» If you live outside of Croatia, unfortunately we cannot offer you a size or product exchange due to the high shipping cost but we will refund 100% of the value of the product (the refund does not include shipping costs).

RETUND FOR DAMAGED PRODUCT

In this case, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible in order to provide a quickly solution.

You must send us an Email directly to support@divinedulcet.com and necessarily include photos or videos showing the damage of the product (we use this as evidence).

In this case, regardless of your location, we do not offer exchanges, we only offer a refund of 100% of the value of your purchase (value of the product + shipping cost).

You do not have to worry about anything, we will make the refund through the same payment method that you used when making your purchase.

REFUND IN HIGH-VALUE OR WHOLESALE PURCHASES

* This type of return is only considered when you want to return all the products of the order, if you only want to return or a return for a single piece your request will be considered as a normal return for dissatisfaction or damaged product *

A high value order when the value of the product is greater than 300 Euros.

In this case we reward you to review all the products in your order before contacting us so you can send us the entire refund request.

If the refund is because you no longer want all the products or you are 100% happy with your purchase, we will offer you a 100% free exchange.

We will send our partner parcels to pick up your package and bring it to us.
After we receive the package we will resend the products you want in exchange.

If the refund is because all the products are damaged, we will offer you a refund of 100% of the value of your purchase (value of the product + shipping cost), it is not necessary to send the package back to us.

Send us your refund request directly to support@divinedulcet.com, include information about your order (order number, date and your full name) and photos of the status of the products.
