Processing and Shipping Orders

All orders are shipped from our central operations office in Zagreb, Croatia.

All orders are shipped to their destination address within 1 business day of processing time.

Prices and shipping times vary according to the destination address of your order.

But generally our shipments within take 1 to 4 business days within Croatia, 5 to 9 business days within Europe and 15 to 25 business days for worldwide.

We accept various types of payment methods that are secure and easy to use.

You can pay with your Credit / Debit card (American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, Dinners Club), PayPal, Multibanco, Google Pay, iDeal, Przelewy24, Bancontact, GiroPay, EPS, SEPA and Klarna.

We have partnered with Klarna to offer our customers a secure and reliable payment method that allows you to buy now and pay later or in installments with 0% extra fees.

Customs taxes

Each country has different laws and tax rates to pay when entering the country a product from a foreign country.

Normally there is no fee to pay if the order value is not high, some countries charge tariff taxes on packages with a value greater than $ 200 outside the European Union, to know precisely if your order is eligible to pay taxes, we suggest looking at a government website in your country for customs fees and tolerances.

Cancelations & Refund / Exchange Guarantee

We accept order cancellations up to 24 hours after making the purchase or until your order has been shipped

You can cancel your order from the order confirmation email that is sent to you after accepting the payment for the purchase or you can contact us directly by sending a E-mail to [email protected]

All orders have a 30-day refund guarantee free of charge.

If after you receive your order you are not 100% happy with your purchase or your order arrived damaged, you have 30 days from when your order appears as received to request a refund.

The refund for dissatisfaction does not include shipping costs but only the cost of the product, however in case your order arrived to you already damaged you will be given a refund that includes the cost of the product and shipping costs.

Only in very special cases and depending on our amount of stock, we will give you the option to choose a product exchange (the return shipment from your location will be at your expense).

Jewelry Quality and Manufacturing

Our jewelry is 100% made in Croatia.

Our Atelier is located in Zagreb – Croatia and it is where we manufacture all our designs.

We use high quality materials, such as sterling silver, stainless steel, copper, etc., absolutely all plated or filled with 18 karat / 24 karat gold, guaranteeing that our jewels are hypoallergenic.

In addition to natural stones such as quartz, amethyst, amazon, obsidian, Austrian crystals and high quality cubic zirconia.

Each jewel has been made with great attention to detail and love.
